Located along Airline Highway in Port Allen, Louisiana, this new 21,000 square-foot tank wash facility was developed for North America's leading supply chain services company to the chemical industry, Quantix, to support their expanding operations in the region. The project includes a state-of-the-art wash facility designed for efficient and environmentally responsible cleaning of transportation equipment. The cleaning bays include both dry bulk and chemical which is separated by a driver lounge, office space, and equipment rooms. The driver lounge includes shower and restroom facilities. Key features of the development include a newly constructed wastewater tank yard to manage and contain wash byproducts, a reinforced concrete apron for heavy-duty vehicle access, ADA-compliant concrete parking for accessibility, and associated limestone drives to support site circulation and logistics.
